Anne Wintroub
Anne Wintroub is a globally recognized social impact leader whose work spans the corporate, philanthropic, and nonprofit sectors. Anne serves as Head of Social Impact and Engagement at lululemon, where she founded and leads lululemon Gives — the company's flagship global social impact program dedicated to advancing wellbeing through movement and mental health. In this role, she also mobilizes lululemon's worldwide workforce to engage deeply with the company's broader impact agenda.
In 2021, Anne founded UPSIDE, a social impact studio that partners with corporations, foundations, and nonprofits to design and amplify high-impact initiatives. Prior to UPSIDE, she led social innovation at AT&T with a focus on workforce development, education, and ed-tech — and spent a decade building nonprofit leadership expertise at the helm of public broadcasting and public library organizations.
A committed civic leader, Anne serves on the board of Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and has contributed to numerous nonprofit arts and education boards throughout her career. In 2012, she co-founded The Augie Fund in partnership with UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals, ensuring that every Bay Area child who needs glasses can receive them free of charge. She lives beside a canyon in San Francisco with her partner, two sons, and their dog, Nick Nolte.
