Grace Hong is an entrepreneur and artist working at the intersection of music, entertainment, technology, and culture. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Parasol Music, an artist- and community-driven music company creating music across film, television, gaming, advertising, and commercial music.

Since launching Parasol in 2024, Grace has grown the company into a creative community of more than 50 artists, composers, producers, and creators, with work spanning Superman, Avatar, Marvel, Star Wars, Call of Duty, the Olympics, and VALORANT. Parasol’s work has earned 9 Clio Awards, contributed to three Super Bowl campaigns, and reached #1 on the Billboard charts.

As both an artist and executive, Grace is dedicated to building a more creative, connected, and meaningful world through the power of music. Drawing on a multidisciplinary career spanning business, technology, investing, international affairs, and social impact, she is passionate about supporting artists and building mission-driven companies that bring together creativity, culture, community, and positive impact. Her career has spanned business, technology, investing, international affairs, and social impact, including serving as a Senior Advisor at global investment firm TPG and working with the governments and national leaders in Liberia and South Africa.

Grace has also held leadership and governance roles across the nonprofit sector, including serving as Chair of OpenSecrets and on the board of Save The Music.
