Ian Deitchman and Kirstin Robinson are industry veterans who have been writing and producing together for over twenty years. They spent the first half of their career writing feature films, before taking their talent for crafting soulful, emotional and funny stories and characters to television, starting as writers on NBC’s long-running acclaimed series, PARENTHOOD. 

Ian and Kristin most recently served as Co-Executive Producers on OFF CAMPUS for Prime Video and Temple Hill. They were Co-Executive Producers on Prime Video’s AS WE SEE IT, and Co-Executive Producers on the NBC series ORDINARY JOE, Co-Executive Producers on ALMOST FAMILY for FOX, Supervising Producers on RISE for NBC, Consulting Producers on THE BOLD TYPE for Freeform/Universal Television, Co-Executive Producers on USA Network’s SUITS and Producers on CARNIVAL ROW and Co-Producers on Z: THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING, both at Prime Video. Ian and Kristin also wrote the feature LIFE AS WE KNOW IT, which starred Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel and was directed by Greg Berlanti, for Warner Bros. 

Currently, Ian Deitchman and Kristin Robinson are the creators, writers, and showrunners for the family drama series IT’S NOT LIKE THAT which will launch globally on Prime Video on May 15. All episodes of the series are currently available on Wonder Project's subscription on Prime Video in the U.S.
