Katrina Gay

Katrina Gay is a dedicated mental health advocate with over 30 years of experience in the field. As the Executive Director of NAMI Tennessee, she leads statewide efforts to provide support, education, and advocacy, empowering 17 vibrant NAMI Affiliates to make a meaningful impact across Tennessee. Katrina is passionate about helping individuals find their voice to drive community change. Previously, as the National Director of Communications and Public Affairs and Chief Development Officer at NAMI National, Katrina spearheaded strategic initiatives to advance mental health awareness and support. She is committed to building better lives for individuals, families, and communities by breaking down barriers to understanding and fostering social impact initiatives.

Katrina is a fierce advocate for addressing the mental health crisis and draws daily inspiration from the dedicated volunteers who tirelessly provide support, education, and advocacy to those in need.
