Margaret Hart is YouTube's Head of Industry and Label Relations in Nashville. She manages relationships with a diverse range of partners, from major labels and industry organizations to local universities. Hart focuses on creating promotional and programming opportunities for these partners, while also providing education on how to effectively utilize YouTube. A champion for families in the music industry, she co-founded the Family Alliance in Music (FAM) in 2023 to support music professionals with families. Hart also currently serves on the board of the Academy of Country Music.
