Nellie Rajabi

Nellie Rajabi is a Guild of Music Supervisors award-winning Music Supervisor whose career spans film, television, trailers and promos, and commercial content since 2014. Her in-house work at Google and Apple gave her a direct look into the pressures and pace of the industry — shaping how music and sound bring brand storytelling to life while navigating the demands of high-stakes creative work. She has also served as a judge for the Clio Awards and AICP Show, giving her a broad view of what sustainable, meaningful creative careers can look like across the industry.

Nellie is drawn to the discovery side of the craft — finding the right song, artist, or sound to serve a story — and believes that same curiosity and care should extend to how the industry treats its people. She brings this lens to mentoring emerging songwriters, championing not just their creative growth but the wellbeing and longevity needed to sustain a career in music.
