Stella Prince

The prodigious singer-songwriter from Woodstock, NY- who first began voice lessons at age four and hasn't looked back since- now ranks among the most exciting young voices in folk music.

In just one year alone, Stella has performed at events with Elle Magazine at Cannes Lions, Spin Magazine at South by Southwest, John Prine’s “You Got Gold” Benefit, Maren Morris’ Tribute to Dolly Parton, Linda Perry’s Live in The Vineyard event, invited by the Recording Academy to film an episode of the GRAMMY's "Reimagined" Series, a panelist on NPR Senior Music Critic Ann Powers’ “Next Gen Artists” panel, a panelist on the Recording Academy’s GRAMMY House panel on independent artists, was part of a commercial that aired on the 2026 Golden Globes, recorded a song for the soundtrack of Paramount’s new film “By Any Means” (2026), and contributed the lead track for the Hallmark Channel original movie “Adventures in Love + Birding” (2025).

Stella was recently named Pandora’s “Fresh Cuts” Artist of the Month, Tidal’s “Favorite New Release”, The Times’ Artist of the Week, UCLA Radio’s Artist of the Month, Charted Magazine’s Favorite New Artist, filmed her first brand campaign with Taylor Guitars, and has been featured in outlets such as Forbes, Billboard, Rolling Stone, Variety, Grammy.com, The Associated Press, iHeart Radio, PBS, CBS, NBC, FOX, and ABC. With recent airplay on SiriusXM, BBC, and NPR’s All Songs Considered, the sky is the limit.

Over the years, Stella has independently booked herself over 1,000+ shows throughout the US, with five tours in Europe, breaking records as the youngest artist at Nashville’s Americana Fest and Tin Pan South festivals, Ireland’s Your Roots Are Showing Festival, France’s Bluegrass in La Roche Festival, England’s Long Road Festival, the Greenwich Village Folk Festival, the North Carolina Folk Festival, and California’s Sawdust Festival.

Her debut album is set for a Spring 2027 release, with a short documentary dropping this Fall.
