A first-of-its-kind initiative designed to support the mental well-being of professionals and students in the entertainment industry. It will focus on three core pillars: community, by offering workshops, support groups, and crisis coordination; education, through integrated mental health curriculum and specialized training for future professionals and counselors; and research, by generating original insights to inform industry-wide strategies and cultural change.
